Based on all the positive reviews, I looked into this firm, and I have to say that they performed a fantastic job fixing my roof! They were incredibly prompt and effective, which completely eased my worries. I am really grateful to them for their wonderful service.

WATCH OUT! The address he has on his website and on his W9 is not his address. Austin Commercial Roofing came out to give me an estimate to fix a leak I showed them. It was pricey but they said there was a 10 year warranty. So I paid them for the job. A few days later it rained and it leaked in the same exact spot. They said it was another point of entry and refused to take care of the leak I hired them to fix. They want more money to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place. Now the carpet is getting moldy from all the rain we had and they won't even come out to take a look unless I pay them nore money. So the leak is not fixed and I have no 10 year warranty... The pictures show how bad the job was done. I would have not hired them if I knew they were not going to fix the leak.

The storm did a lot of damage to my roof. I called this company because a buddy recommended it, and I'm pleased I did! As soon as they arrived, the issue was resolved. I must admit, I'm quite amazed!

In all the years of working with contractors, this is the possibly the worst company I've worked with. They inspected the roof and gave me a quote on refinishing the roof and started the work. Then half way through that process they told me they were mistaken and actually I needed a new roof instead and it couldn't just be refinished as they originally said. But they insisted I pay them for the work they started (basically just cleaning it, and for materials they say they bought but hadn't used yet), on top of the price to replace the roof. Then after they started that job, they did the same thing again, claiming they didn't get a good look at it again and again it would cost thousands more and I had to agree to pay them more right then and there or else it wouldn't pass the inspection by the roof material supplier. I gave into the pressure, but from what I saw on our security camera footage, I think they didn't even do the extra work they charged me for. There also never was an inspection by the roofing material supplier, that was just a pressure tactic apparently. Once they got my last check (which they insisted I pay right away), they basically stopped being responsive. The roof had some issues including penetrations that weren't properly covered. I ended up having to call both Nehemiah and Anthony again and again for months and they would always say they would call me back to schedule the repairs and then never would. After many months and countless calls, they finally sent someone back to make repairs.
