Michael Brockway5 StarI have a screw-down metal roof. Because of leaks, we had Capital City Roofing replace all our screws and washers with larger ones back in April 2017. They sealed all the gaps that needed it along the ridge line, installed and sealed a new chimney cap, installed and sealed new flashing around the chimney and replaced a new roofing panel near the chimney. They sent Samuel, an actual crew chief (not a salesperson) to do the estimate and he coordinated a price while on site by phone with the assistant office manager, Alma Garcia. Alma is excellent to work with. The entire job cost us $3,300, including the chimney cap ($300) because it had to be a custom job. Today (8/7/17), we had our first measurable rain since then (yep, it's been that bad where we live) of 2+ inches. Not a single leak! Obviously, we highly recommend this company.Thursday 4th March 2021
Ginny McKay5 StarRecently, Dan Malin responded quickly when we saw that we had a small leak after very heavy rains here in Austin. Our roof, installed by Dan’s company, is 7 years old and one of the screws had come lose on a vent. He came out the same day and fixed it at no charge, which we really appreciated since more heavy rain was on its way. When the rain hit today, no more leak!
