Allie Ogden5 StarAfter reading some other reviews about the customer service, I was concerned that I would be dismissed or rushed by the staff since I'm a homeowner ordering roofing material for the first time. The people working in the office were absolutely lovely and very helpful, though. They patiently answered all the questions I had and spent over an hour working with me on assembling my order. The plant manager, Peter is one of the most knowledgeable people in the business and his right hand counterpart, sales rep, Georgia is absolutely top notch.
