This is the first time I am with Cool Roof. But I am totally happy with the works of the teams. Special Daniel and Cody who are very helpful with experiences. Always prompt answers if I need the explanations. Daniel he so friendly and helpful even he was working in Brazil at that time . Also the teams of workers at my house who came very early about 6:00am and completed installation around 3;00pm. They prepare or clean very careful. I have to give the Teams 5stars……

Cool Roof is a very friendly company and I am very satisfied with it. They came to inspect and make temporary repairs very promptly on the day we contacted them even though it was predicted to rain the next day. The person I contacted, Eddie, is very friendly and patient. The construction workers are also very careful and pay attention to details. After finishing, they also cleaned the roof and the ground very well.

We had a great experience with Cool Roofs from start to finish. Hudson was informative, professional, and supportive all along the way, making it very easy to work with our insurance company to get a new roof installed quickly. Any question we had was answered promptly and any issue was resolved quickly and with courtesy. As an example, we found a number of roofing nails found around our home. Our project manager, Eddie (also fantastic), came back to our home to sweep the property multiple times for nails. Both Eddie and Hudson clearly wanted to go above and beyond and consistently did, which I find to be more and more exceptional these days. We were so pleased with the work, we had them take on our rental home for a second project. I know there are plenty of roofers out there There are few, however, that ONLY do this work and do it with this level of integrity and excellence, which is why I would highly recommend Cool Roofs for any roofing project.
