Salvador and his team replaced our roof after an intense windstorm. They quickly patched the roof to prevent further damage. We filed a claim with insurance, Salvador came out and dealt with the adjuster handling everything. They replaced the whole roof in one day with high quality workmanship, making sure to pick up all nails and debris before leaving. I would highly recommend this small business to handle your roof replacement instead of one of the larger roofing companies in the area. Mavysa TX LLC showed us exceptional customer service, took care of all of our concerns and needs, and made us feel like valued customers. That kind of service isn’t easy to find in the Killeen area.

There are so many positives. Professionalism: every Interaction with Salvador was very professional. Communication: from the beginning of the process, to managing communication with the insurance to set clear dates and expectation, Salvador did it all very efficiently. Workmanship: once again due to the extreme diligence from Salvador everything went without a hitch. Not only that but he spent most of his day with the crew supervising and taking pictures. Overall experience: if I had to do it again, once again I would pick Mavysa and would recommend them without hesitation. They did a great job working with the insurance company to get a new roof approved and then did a great job putting on the new roof. Had a few issues like the range exhaust hood was knocked down from the work and they gladly put it back up. A roof pipe cover came off a few weeks later and they returned and fixed it without complaint. I was happy with the roof so I also used them to put on new gutters and they did a great job at that as well.
