We have 6 rental homes in austin and all needed a new roof. Chad came to look at our first roof and was so professional I asked if he could look at all six. He gave us a bundle price and construction started asap. His crew went above and beyond to accommodate our tenants needs as well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the austin area. If you choose quality exteriors, ask for chad hands down.

Huge thanks to Joshua and team at Quality Exteriors for making our roof replacement project seamless from start to finish. This was our first time dealing with a repair involving an insurance claim along with HOA approval. Joshua was consistently available to answer questions, translate "insurance speak," explain processes, update progress, and cheerfully assist in any way he could. Team that did roof work were on time and respectful of the entire property. In addition to replacing the roof, they made sure everything on the ground that had been moved was back in its original place by end of day, as well as using a metal detector throughout the yard to detect and remove nails. Quality Exteriors truly lives up to the name!

Thomas, super person, super personality, always available for any questions I didn't understand. A tremendous help with Allstate, my God that is another story. My roof is beautiful, top of the line beautiful. He's with Quality Exteriors, but I guess you saw that initially. He's the best at helping you get thru a difficult Insurance and understanding any issues that they might pose. I never thought this would happen to me, but it's real.
