Rachelle Alaine2 StarAfter my neighbor refered Roofcrafters and I realized they were a local company, I was excited to support a local business and improve my roof quality after having damage from a hail storm. They provided me with a lot of details and consistently checked in with me, that is until I signed the contract and paid the insurance deductible. After that, it seemed that I was their last priority and I was never kept in the loop on my roof + gutter scheduling. When the guys arrived the day before the roof job, they didn’t even let me know they were at the house and we just heard loud bangs on the roof. Overall, the quality of the roof and gutters seems great and I haven’t had any issues. However, I noticed that they added some type of flashing on the front of my house and sloppily caulked it and painted it with a color that didn’t match my house, as well as got paint on my home’s stone. I have contacted them and they denied doing this twice. Luckily, I had before and after photos showing that it was indeed added and they agreed to fix the job. Well, almost 3 months have gone by and I have contacted them at least 5 times and nothing. I was told they would come by “in a couple weeks” and then was ghosted. I even called the main office to explain the issue and showed them photos and still, nothing. If you go with this company and want communication/updates or are unhappy with the job, don’t expect any response.Friday 3rd September 2021
Matt Cerilli5 StarWe contacted RoofCrafters after the big hail storm this past Spring in Central Texas. Our insurance company told us our 1 year old roof and gutters were completely damaged and needed to be totally replaced.
We had Al come out to give us an estimate and he came out immediately and even did some remediation to the damaged roof to temporarily stop any leaks until they could get the material ordered and scheduled.
Al did a tremendous job keeping us updated throughout the process and even worked directly with our insurance claims representative.
Ronnie then did a great job coordinating schedules and timelines for the roof install.
Once the install took place, the workers showed up on-time, were very polite, and did a tremendous job cleaning up after themselves which is a big deal with dogs and sharp nails/pieces/etc.
I am hoping I don't need a new roof anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely use RoofCrafters again and will mention them to all of our neighbors!Wednesday 7th July 2021
