Recently had a great experience with Skyfall at my apartment. This note was left on every single door of my apartment community, which by the way has over 750 units, to notify us of our window cleaning. The Skyfall team ensured every resident was aware of what will be happening, when it will be happening, how long it will take and made sure to identify their employees by uniform. Normally we would just receive one email from management if we're lucky. This is going so above and beyond in the name of service and satisfaction, I was floored.
