My main contact, Will, was friendly, professional, and thorough with his explanation of the materials and the process. He responded quickly to emails and his quote was the most thorough and complete. He also covered possible additional expenses so that there were no surprises after the job was done. The roofers were quick and professional. Overall their quote was right in there with other quotes I received, however I decided to go with Transcendent due to their excellent customer service. No regrets. They had to really problem-solve an especially difficult part of the roof where gaps had been created over-time. My home is almost 100 years old, so I didn't want to hand it over to just anyone. Their attention to detail and problem-solving skills receive my highest praise. My neighbors agree that my home now pops with the beautiful new roof. It looks wonderful.
